Every moment spent here was a dream come true! The beauty of this historical property is breathtaking. I stayed in a luxury room with all necessary amenities. The staff was charming and attentive. Breakfast on the terrace offered a stunning view and delicious options, albeit rich. Cannot wait for a longer stay next time!

the outdoor seating added to the enchanting atmosphere of Venice. However, the service felt a bit disorganized, which detracted from the otherwise lovely dining experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at breakfast. Despite the good weather, the terrace was closed, which was a huge letdown. After insisting, they finally opened it, but we were not given a prime table despite the balcony being empty. To make matters worse, we wanted to check out the dinner menu but were rudely denied access to the balcony area we were entitled to, simply because dinner was being served.

We loved our stay! The room had an amazing view of the Venetian Lagoon, and the rooftop restaurant was so pretty, especially at breakfast. The staff were super nice, and the concierge helped us out a ton. Just wish the bathroom floor was a bit cleaner. All in all, a great experience!
